Explaining the Letter of the Law

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — In a court of law, all the parties usually appear before the judge. But the tables were turned when the judge, Supreme Court Justice John Fusco, appeared before a class of Susan Wagner High School students last week.
Appearing in the Sea View school’s mock courtroom, Fusco met with students enrolled in a special summer program for teens with Asperger’s syndrome.
