ALBANY, N.Y. -- Living Resources, a private nonprofit organization that serves individuals with disabilities in Albany, welcomed two representatives from China on Thursday as a part of its new initiative to help agencies abroad implement programs modeled after its own.Organized through the New York State Small Business Development Center, the initiative was launched late last year with a visit to China by CEO Fred Erlich.
